John Morley

John is a seasoned recruitment expert having spent time in executive search and then in-house, leading Global Talent Acquisition teams.

John graduated in 2000 with a BSc Environmental Science degree and worked as an Analytical Chemist for the chemical company, Johnson Matthey. After completing their future leaders course John left the business to gain sales experience with a life science consumables business called Sarstedt. In 2005 he combined his science and sales experience and joined Remtec Search & Selection, a boutique headhunting firm for the medical device sector. After 6 years he was made a Director, concentrating on senior appointments for the MedTech sector across Europe. In 2012, ConvaTec, a major medical device company, appointed John as their first in-house recruiter and he went on to lead the Global Talent Acquisition function for 5 years. Following ConvaTec, John entered the pharmaceutical sector, again leading in-house recruitment teams for Vertex Pharmaceuticals and then Astra Zeneca. At the end of 2017, JDM Talent was born and continues to operate in the core life science sectors as well as diversifying into Aerospace & Defence, Private Equity and a host of other industries.

Tim Berry

Tim graduated from Keele University with a BSc in Biology & Psychology.  His first role out of university was reporting to JDM’s founder (John Morley) in a boutique headhunting firm for the medical device industry.

Over the course of 14 years Tim worked for several leading recruitment firms in the life science and engineering sectors.  His last role was in-house with BAE Systems, one of the worlds largest defence and aerospace companies.  Now at JDM, Tim is reunited with John, and brings a wealth of recruiting and sector knowledge.  His blend of external agency and in-house big corporate background gives a rounded approach to executive hiring.

Marc Reuss

Board-level CHRO and human capital executive with 35+ years of proven success scaling human capital across multiple industries with deep international experience.  Built thriving organizations with inclusive career pipelines and championed social equity in new organizations, existing enterprise, and Human Resources itself.

Between 2018 and 2021, Marc served as EVP and CHRO at Excelitas Technologies, a private equity held technology company.  From 2015 to 2017, Marc was the EVP and CHRO at ConvaTec Group PLC, based in London.  ConvaTec is a global medical technologies company he helped to take public in 2016.   This was the largest IPO on the London Stock Exchange in 2016 and the second largest healthcare IPO ever in Europe.  Prior to this Marc was the Head of Human Resources for two divisions of Swiss based Novartis Corporation.  First for the Vaccines and Diagnostics Division, based in Cambridge, MA from 2007-2010 and then from 2010-2016 as the Head of Human Resources for Sandoz, their large generics business based in Munich, Germany.  Prior to that, he spent eight years with Boston.

Marc holds a BA in Psychology from Potsdam College in New York and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Emmanuel College in Boston.

 Marc is married and is the proud father of 26 year old twin daughters, he and his wife split their time between their home in Woodstock, VT, and their Boston flat.  Marc is a fitness fanatic now focussed on running and racing endurance gravel bike racing events.

Stephane Cotte

Stephane is currently Strategic Partner at ARCHIMED, a global investment firm focused on driving the sustainable development of healthcare industries.

He previously worked at Avita Medical (Head of European Markets – autologous cellular therapies for skin – US company) and at ConvaTec Group Plc (UK) for 15 years with Global business roles such as VP International Urology and Infusion care and VP/GM for France & Benelux.

Additionally, Stephane gained operational and strategic experiences in commercial positions with Coloplast (DK) and Synthelabo in pharma.

Stephane is a board member of the French MedTech trade association (SNITEM) and MedTech Europe.

A French citizen, Stephane grew up in Lyon, has three kids and now lives in Paris.


Jo Hombal

Jo is an experienced C-Suite HR professional with over 20 years’ experience across multiple industries. Her last executive role was as EVP HR for Vectura Group plc, a drug delivery services business. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Jo has provided strategic advice, guidance and trusted support to a variety of Boards and Leadership Teams during her career and is delighted to act as an External Advisor on the Advisory Board of JDM Talent.

With expertise and experience across a broad-spectrum including People Strategy creation and implementation, transformational change, organic and inorganic growth, Organisational Design and Executive Coaching gained in IT and Comms, Financial Services, Specialised Engineering and Life Sciences, Jo is well placed to support JDM Talent as it enters an exciting growth phase.
